Here's one that seems to end up everywhere I go. . .
I have to admit, at the time I did this (15, 16? I always did forget to date my artwork), I was a prismacolor pencil fanatic. Looking back, I realize those things leave a horribly waxy residue on drawings.

Waxy Prismacolor Residue
There's a way around that: try spraying them with fixative or even el-cheapo hair spray. That will prevent the wax bloom. Also if it's already there, it just wipes away.

Mmm, yes, I was told that a lot, and used to do that religiously. Unfortunately, the picture(s) still managed to develope that waxy / glossy look regardless.
I also used to try to whipe it away, but even after I did that, some build-up remained that just couldn't be gotten rid of... For me, it was always a lose/lose situation. ^^;
Thank you very much for the suggestions, in any case. :)

I really like how the wings look like hands.

Thank you muchly, Dracora! :}
I have to admit, it feels a bit strange hearing a compliment for this image, considering how ancient it is..
But yes, I appreciate it. ^^
